Biggest Loser Work Challenge

This site has cobwebs on it these days, but work decided to begin a Biggest Loser Contest that will span the next six weeks so I've decided to revive it. When I write down everything I consume it seems to help me, this weird sense of accountability or something.

So, my journey last year ended with the awesome weight of 191 pounds. I felt great and looked pretty good. I've noticed lately however that my pants were getting tighter and tighter and have just felt rather unattractive and heavy lately. Now I see why; I weighed in this morning at a staggering 222.6 pounds. WOW!
