I lost 4 pounds from 36 hours of throwing up and diarrhea associated with a nasty case of food poisoning. Success.

You know, when I considered vomiting and diarrhea a success, they sent me to Minnesota for 28 days. So cut that out. :-)
I just never thought there was a bright side to nonstop poop. Let it be said I have seen the bright side of everything now.
Trust me. It wasn't intentional.
Let's just say Cracker Barrel will not be my first choice of eating establishments for some time and a grilled chicken salad tastes much better going down.

Who knows if it really was the food or not. All I know is that we ate around 8 pm and by 3am I was puking uncontrollably. When the stomach was empty I had to deal with what had already made it into my intestines. Now today, that all of it is seemingly out of my system I feel fine.
